Mail von O365-Domain wird nicht zugestellt

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgende Situation.
Ich habe einen Server mit Dovcot, amavis und postfix am laufen.
Bisher dachte ich alle Mails würden zugestellt werden.
Jetzt aber habe ich die Info bekommen, das ich von einem Absender keine Mail bekomme:

Ich kann die Mail im Postfach nicht finden.

Ich komme hier nicht weiter. Hat jemand eine Idee worann das liegen kann und vorallem wo ich die Mails finden kann?

Moin Tobias,

die Mail wurde angenommen und unter der ID 44260643FD1 in die Queue zur Weiterverarbeitung gelegt. Also schauen wir erstmal ob diese Weiterverarbeitung im Log vermerkt wurde:

OK, also die Mail wurde von Postfix an Dovecot übergeben.

Dein Dovecot ist mit Sieve konfiguriert, daher vermute ich den Fehler dort.
Da ich Sieve nicht selbst verwende und gerade die Doku nicht zur Hand habe, müsstest Du da bitte selbst recherchieren, wie Du das (Debug-)Logging für Sieve aktivieren kannst. Wenn das geschehen ist, müsstest Du eine der verschwundenen Mails nochmal anfordern, so dass Du/Wir entsprechendes Log zur Fehleranalyse haben.

Entweder die Mail wird von Pigeonhole/Sieve "verschluckt" oder sie liegt in einem Dovecot-Verzeichnis dass nicht im Mailclient abonniert ist.
Ersteres sollte sich hoffentlich mittels der sieve_trace_* Optionen https://doc.dovecot.org/settings/pigeonhole/ herausfinden lassen, Letzteres kannst Du direkt im Filesystem nachsehen (Maildir-Format vorausgesetzt).

Die mailq gehört zu Postfix, allerdings hat Postfix die Mail bereits an Dovecot abgegeben, weshalb Postfix hier nicht helfen kann.

Ich komme mit dem Tracen nicht weiter.
Habe dies:

in 90-sieve.conf
eingetragen und dovecot neu gestartet.
Leider kann ich kein Trace finden. Dieser müsste ja im Maildir des Users Info liegen.

Im Maildir ist die Mail nirgendwo zu finden.

Da Du virtuelle User nutzt, haben diese kein klassisches Homedir, weshalb sieve_trace_dir ein volltändiger Pfad sein muss (so interpretiere ich jedenfalls die Doku) auf den Dovecot rw zugreifen darf, also in etwa soetwas:

Hallo Joe User,
das habe ich ich gemacht.
Ich habe das Gefühl, das die Änderungen in:
/etc/dovecot/conf.d/90-sieve.conf nichts bewirken.
Kann es sein, das dovecot diese ignoriert, da es mit ispconfig konfiguriert wurde?
Ich sehe zumindesens nichts im /var/vmail/sieve_traces

Da bin ich dann leider wirklich überfragt :(
Wie ich schon schrieb, nutze ich selbst kein Sieve oder Ähnliches.

Ich hoffe, dass Dir im ISPConfig-Forum weitergeholfen werden kann, oder dass hier noch Jemand mit Sieve-Erfahrungen auftaucht.

Hi,

wie sieht denn das sieve script aus ? Ich vermute da liegt irgendwo eine Behandlung vor, die die Mail dann abweist:

Hallo,

wie finde ich das denn raus?
Beim User ist das sieve script leer.
Ob es ein globales gibt weiß ich nicht . Wie kann ich das rausfinden?

Hi,

unter /var/vmail/ und in Unterverzeichnissen, normalerweise spuckt doveconf ein "sieve_global" aus, wenn globale Scripte genutzt werden.
Ggf. mal sieve deaktivieren, schauen ob's dann funktioniert für den Anhaltspunkt. Falls es dann will, kann man mittels:

sieve_user_log = /var/vmail/%d/%n/.sieve.log

mitloggen, was passiert. Und eine leere ".sieve" Datei muss nicht zwangsweise kein Sieve Script bedeuten. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere parst pigeonhole die sieve Scripte und baut binäre ".svbin" Dateien draus die dann genutzt werden.
