Domain hinzufügen - leere Seite

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem: Wen ich eine Domain hinzufügen möchte, dann kommt im nächsten Schritt plötzlich eine leere Seite und die Domain wird nicht hinzugefügt.

Wo könnte das Problem liegen und wie könnte ich es lösen?

Hast Du das Adminpannel per HTTPS oder HTTP aufgerufen?

Es laufen üblicherweise beide (sofern man den HTTPDienst nicht beendet / aus der Config geworfen hat).
Ich persönlich würde das nicht vermuten, e kann aber nicht schaden alle alten Zertifikate im Brwoser zu entfernen und es erneut zu versuchen.

Per HTTPS. Ich habe die Zertifikate gelöscht und wieder neu hinzugefügt, habe sogar mit einem anderen Computer versucht. Das Problem besteht aber immer noch.

Könnte es an der php.ini oder httpd.conf liegen?

Wobei ich mir die http Config des Plesk Dienst durchsehen würde und prüfen wo Plesk z.B. temporäre / Session Daten ablegt und ob genügend Scheibrechte z.B. unter /var/lib/php5 bestehen.

OK, ich habe folgenden Befehl im /usr/local/psa/bin Verzeichnis eingegeben:

Die Antwort: nichts. Weder ein Fehler noch irgendwas. Die Domain wird auch nicht erstellt. :?

1. Sagte ich, Du sollt die Plesk Konfiguration prüfen. Auswendig weiss ich es auch nicht wo er dessen Sessiondaten ablegt.

2. Und das ist bei weitem wichtiger. Ein Upgrade ist absolut überfällig. Suse 9.3 und Plesk 8.2 enthalten bekannt und inzwischen nicht mehr gefixte Löcher.

Über die Session habe ich in httpd.conf folgendes gefunden:

Aber ich bezweifle, dass das die eigentliche Ursache für das Problem ist. Immerhin sind die Masken davor auch schon mit dem abgelaufenen Zertifikat über eine SSL-Verbindung gelaufen.

Wenn ich die Zertifikate im FireFox lösche und dann Plsek besuchen möchte, kommt folgende Meldung:

meinserver:8443 verwendet ein ungültiges Sicherheitszertifikat.

Dem Zertifikat wird nicht vertraut, weil es selbst unterschrieben wurde.
Das Zertifikat gilt nur für plesk.
Das Zertifikat ist am 26.08.2008 12:16 abgelaufen.

Das Abgeklaufe Zertifikat könnte durchaus die Ursache sein.
Ich halte es aber mit der gleichen Begründung wie Roger für unwahrscheinlich.
Beheben sollte man es aber trotzdem.

Ich denke auch, dass das Problem wo anders liegt. Ich kann mich noch erinnern, dass ich nach dem Zertifikatsablauf "26.08.2008" immer noch Domains anlegen konnte. ](*,)

Wenn Ich dich wäre,
ich würde den Zeitpunkt nutzen, den längst überfälligen Upgrade des Os durch zu führen und auch Plesk auf eine aktuelle Version bringen.

Damit dürfte dann auch Dein Problem behoben sein.

Mit dem Upgraden ist das so eine Sache, es will einfach nicht funktionieren.

Ich bin auf den Schluss gekommen, dass es an der httpd.conf liegt, ich weiss ich hatte mal die "mod_ssl / mod_security" verändert. Wo kann man die default httpd.conf von Plesk herunterladen, damit ich sie mit meiner vergleichen kann?

ich würde den Zeitpunkt nutzen, den längst überfälligen Upgrade des Os durch zu führen und auch Plesk auf eine aktuelle Version bringen.

Damit dürfte dann auch Dein Problem behoben sein.

Mit dem Upgraden ist das so eine Sache, es will einfach nicht funktionieren.

Also nochmals, mit upgraen meine ich ganz explizit:
Server platt machen und mit opensuse 11.0 sowie ggf. Plesk 8.6 oder 9.0 aufsetzen je nachem, welche Plesk Lizenz unterstützt wird.

Du hast da eine Zeitbombe, denn opensuse 9.3 hat bekannte Löcher, die auch ausgenutzt werden.

Aus diesem Grund denke ich auch, wirst Du eher keine weitere Untersützung mehr bekommen.
Zum upgrade bestimmt aber nicht zu diesem Problem.

Ich stimme dir zu. Suse habe ich nun auf 10.2 upgegradet.

Das Problem ist Plesk. Derzeit habe ich noch die Version 8.2.0. Will ich upgraden (egal ob Browsermethode oder Shell), kommen folgende Fehler:
