SLES oder OpenSUSE? Falls letzteres am besten durch ein Upgrade auf eine Version, die noch Support hat (mind. 10.3, besser gleich auf 11.1)

Und wenn es darum geht, wie die Scripte anzupassen sind, damit sie zu PHP5 kompatibel sind, dann ist ein Blick auf http://www.php.net der beste Weg zur Lösung. In der offiziellen PHP-Doku gibt es nämlich einen Migrations-Guide.
