Ich hatte vorhin einen Serverausfall.
Auf der Konsole kam immer das:

Dein Speicher ist vollgelaufen und der OOM-Killer hat sich betätigt...

Mehr Speicher kaufen und einbauen.

Alternativ suchst du die Anwendung mit dem Speicherleck und fixt das.
