Ich möchte gern dass meine Subdomains
xyz.domain.de
auch mit http://www.xyz.domain.de
aufgerufen werden können. Im Moment habe ich eine Wildcard in Confixx eingegeben
*.domain.de leitet zu ordner ABC weiter.

Wildcardeintrag im Zonefile vornehmen und die vHosts um passende ServerAlias erweitern, fertig.
