Internal Server Error

Ich habe nun schon ein wenig gesucht, aber eine richtige Lösung habe ich leider nicht gefunden und hoffe nun das hier jemand ne idee hat woran folgende Fehlermeldung liegen könnte:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, admin@local and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Der Fehler erscheint prinzipiell beim Aufruf von .php seiten.
