PLESK startet nach Update nicht mehr ...

Hi

ich habe gestern eine Update meines Plesk gemacht und nun ist plesk nicht mehr erreichbar. Die Webseiten / email laufen nur das backend von Plesk nicht.
Augenscheinlich startet https nicht.

Beim versuch PSA neu zu starten bekomme ich folgende meldeung
XXXX:~ # /etc/init.d/psa start

Woran liegt das?

pstree ergeibt das hhtps scheinbar nicht läuft:

Was mach ich jetzt ? wo setze ich an um das Problem zu beseitigen. Neu aufsetzen kommt erstmal nicht in frage ... es laufen diverse Kunden drauf ...

Die Logs für den Webserver von Plesk findest du unter /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/.

Vielleicht eine doofe Frage, aber haste mal den kompletten Server neu gestartet?

oder halt mal "psa stopall" und danach "psa startall"

Ich habe den kompletten server eu gestaret, Die dienste einzeln etc. nichts gebracht :-(

Hi,

hatte das identische Problem heute auch und bin fast daran verzweifelt...

Die Lösung (Meine Lösung):

1. Ab auf die Console und den passenden Autoinstaller für Deine Distro von Parallels laden wget://http://www.parallels.com/en/download/plesk86....

2. rpm -e auf alles was heisst wie plesk-skins-8.6.0-0.97326.noarch als Beispiel, also auf die Rpm-Version kommt es an. Nur ....8.6.0... keine 8.4.0er!

3. Den Autoinstaller chmod +x parallels_installer_v3.3.2_build080710.09_os_SuSE_10.1_x86_64 war jetzt meine Version... dann ./parallels_installer_v3.3.2_build080710.09_os_SuSE_10.1_x86_64

4. Sieht dann so aus (Plesk sieht gar nicht das 8.6 schon installiert (gewurstet) wurde zur Hälfte...):

Select the desired products and their versions
===============================================================================
The following product versions are available:

1. [*] Plesk Control Panel
2. (*) Plesk 8.4.0 (currently installed)
3. ( ) Plesk 8.6.0 (xxx)

3. [ ] Sitebuilder

4. [ ] SSO

N) Go to the next page; P) Go the previous page; Q) Cancel installing
To select a version, type the respective number;
Select action [N]:

Sternchen auf 8.4.0 lassen, enter und weiter.

5. Nimm in den kommenden Schritten ein Produktpaket von Plesk 8.4 weg oder dazu. Habe einfach eine Sprache gewählt.

6. Lass den Autoinstaller duchlaufen, Er wird meckern ist aber Ok.

7. Wieder den Autoinstaller starten und jetzt Plesk 8.6.0 selektieren dauert ca. 10min, danach war bei mir alles wieder in Ordnung. (Version 8.6.0)

Bei mir klappt es nicht so gut wenn ich den letzten Punkt mache bekomme ich folgende meldung:

Das Problem das Plesk Backend nicht zu erreichn ist besteht immer noch.

startet ich parallels_installer ... am ende erscheint nicht 8.6.0 sondern immer wieder 8.4.0

über pstree bekomme ich beim apache zu sehen

angezeigt wird ???????

Wo ist also der hacken? Das System habe ich neu gestartet etc.

Kann wirklich keiner mir dabei Helfen?

Villiehct liegt es auch an dem Punkt den ich in der anleitung nicht ganz verstehe ...

Ein update von SuSe wäre nicht schlecht nur der aufwand unddas einrichte der Kunden und Plesk wäre echt übel!

daten backup ja.

die frage ist ist es so einfach wie bei confixx? das ich nur die Datenbank sichern muss dann nach dem update die Datenbank von Plesk wieder einspielen muss (vorausgesetzt die Versionen von Plesk sind die selben) und man dann das Plesk wie vorher hat?

Wie kommt es, dass rpm -e bei dir funktioniert hat?

Dieses Plesk mutet wie eine Anaconda an, die sich über den ges. Server ausbreitet.

Ich nutzte das Angebot von Strato in dem ich den Sever mit Suse 10.2 inkl. Plesk installierte.
Ob es daran liegt, dass ich Plesk nicht beeinflussen kann? Scheint so als wäre Suse und Plesk aufs unzertrennliche verschmolzen.

Vielleicht siehst du oder jemand anderes, etwas was ich vielleicht übersah.
