hi,
ich habe samba installiert und auch einen share eingerichtet in der smb.conf.
nun möchte ich von win xp aus dorthin verbinden. ich sehe in windows sogar den server (heißt debian). wenn ich verbinden will werde ich nach user und pw gefragt, doch er akzeptiert keines. (win und debian user sind die gleichen mit gleichem pw).

ich bin am nverzweifeln.
ich benutze windows xp home edition, was das ganze erschwert. habe mittlerweile sogar schon in der registry gepfuscht und requiresignorseal auf 0 gesetzt. weiterhin habe ich meinen user nochmal in samba hinzugefügt und geadded..
weiterhin habe ich einen machinenuser hinzugefügt
mittlerweie sehe ich die share, doch nach wie vor verweigert er den zugriff mit meinem user.
keiner eine idee?

lokaluser exisitiert mit gleichem name und pw in win
es wird in vielen foren auf die domain problematik in win home hingewiesen, doch daran glaube ich hier nicht, denn immerhin sehe ich die share in windows. er frägt mich ja auch nach user und pw....

so jetzt aber....es tut..

leider hat er die einstellungen nicht gefressen. nach reboot und erneutem aktivieren hat er es nun.
