Confixx: 500 Internal Server Error

Hallo!

Ich habe Confixx 3.3.1-pro auf einem root mit Debian 4.0 installiert. Jetzt hab ich eben den ersten Kunden angelegt und dort ein Joomla CMS installiert. Hat soweit auch funktioniert, nur kann ich dort die SEF Optimierung nicht aktivieren.
Joomla bringt eine htaccess.txt mit, die man einfach in .htaccess umbennen muß. Wenn ich das mache, kriege ich aber einen "500 Internal Server Error".

In der .htaccess steht:

Also hab ich die Zeile auskommentiert. Dann kriege ich ein "You don't have permission to access / on this server."

In der error.log steht entweder:

Options FollowSymLinks or SymLinksIfOwnerMatch is off which implies that RewriteRule directive is forbidden: /var/www/web1/html/

oder

/var/www/web1/html/.htaccess: Options not allowed here

mod_rewrite sollte aber laufen, denn die phpinfo.php sagt folgendes aus:

nach langer Googelei bin ich dann darauf gestoßen das es an der Konfiguration von Confixx liegen könnte. In der cofixx_vhost.conf steht ja:

Aber z.B. in der confixx_vhosts/web1.conf steht:

Warum steht da denn -FollowSymLinks?

Ich hab vorher noch nie mit Confixx gearbeitet und bin mit meinem Latein so langsam echt am Ende...

Ist in der aktuellen Version gefixt. Der fehler liegt in der httpd Spezial Zeile für mod_rewrite.

Ich hab noch weitere Accounts per Confixx angelegt und dort treten auch noch Probleme auf.

In der error.log steht

Für web1 geht es und es ist die gleiche .htaccess...

In der web4.conf steht:

Das steht z.B. in der web1.conf in den obersten Zeilen auch. weiter unten steht dann aber auch (mehrmals) "Options +FollowSymLinks +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch". Müssten die nicht eigentlich identisch sein? Ich hab nichts mit httpd spezial eingetragen oder so...


Ähnlich verhält es sich wenn ich Drupal installieren will. Das läuft so weit, aber wenn ich die .htaccess einfüge, kriege ich wieder "500 Internal Server Error".
In der error.log steht dann nur "/var/www/web2/html/.htaccess: Options not allowed here", aber kein Hinweis um welche Option es sich handelt...

AllowOverride ist nicht korrekt gesetzt, so dass du keine entsprechenden Direktiven in einer .htaccess nutzen kannst.

Jetzt mal was grundlegendes zum Verständnis von Confixx:

Änderungen/Konfigurationen nimmt man an der confixx_mhost.conf vor. Die Anderen (confixx_vhost.conf und web1.conf) sind ja readonly.
Wie werden die Änderungen dann auf die anderen übernommen? Geht das automatisch wenn das Updatescript läuft (alle zwei Minuten), nach einem restart vom Indianer oder wie läuft das?

Du brauchst keine Änderungen an Dateien machen. Alle Einstellungen lassen sich über die Confixx Oberfläche ändern. In 3.1.0 gab es jedoch ein Fehler in dem Code den Confixx erzeugt, wenn man mod_rewrite aktiviert (dann war .htaccess nicht mehr möglich). Wenn du allerdings, wie du sagst 3.1.1 installiert hast, sollte der Fehler nicht mehr vorhanden sein. Wenn du mod_rewrite brauchst, aktiviere es einfach über die Confixx Oberfläche.
Nochmal zum Vergleich, so sollte die httpd option für mod_rewrite aussehen:

Ich hab den Code per "httpd spezial" eingegeben und die Joomla-Seite funktioniert jetzt auch endlich.

Bei der Seite mit Drupal hat sich die Fehlermeldung geändert und lautet jetzt:

"order" statt "options". Liegt das evtl an der Zeile:

Ich hab Drupal schon mal auf einem anderen Server installiert und da gab es keine Probleme. Bin mir aber auch nicht mehr ganz sicher ob da mod_rewrite geladen war...

Jetzt kommt die Fehlermeldung:

Wenn ich das "Deny from all" wieder auskommentiere, erhalte ich das als Fehlermeldung

Kopier sämtliche Apache-Konfigurationsdirektiven (nicht die für mod_rewrite) in die VHost-Konfiguration (notfalls auf <Directory> zurückgreifen). Das sollte dein Problem eliminieren, zwar löst du damit nicht das Problem mit der htaccess, umschiffst das Problem aber.

Und bitte... was zum Henker sollen zwei "AllowOverride"-Anweisungen? Doppelt hält nicht immer besser, minimiere das auf eine, alleine schon wegen der Übersichtlichkeit.

Die confixx_vhost.conf ist aber ja readonly und selbst wenn ich darin was ändere, wird das früher oder später wieder überschrieben.

Die Doppeleinträge stammen nicht von mir. Ich hab in der Datei nichts verändert (bringt ja nix)....

hm, sonst niemand eine Idee? Ich weiß echt nicht mehr weiter...

Hab auch schon den Support von SW Soft angeschrieben, die helfen aber auch nicht weiter. Die gewähren nur 30 Tage Installationsservice aus Kulanz, wenn man die Lizenz direkt bei denen erworben hat. Wir haben unsere leider von einem Drittanbieter (ausserdem rechnen die 30 Tage ab Kaufdatum, nicht ab Installationsdatum) :(

Wenn alle Confixx Optionen richtig gesetzt sind und du bis auf die mod_rewrite Optionen die Drupal .htaccess leerst, sollte das problemlos funktionieren. Die Errordocument Option solltest du direkt über Confixx einstellen, der Rest ist überflüssig/redudant.
