ich hab ein merkwürdiges Problem mit meinem Server und komme einfach nicht weiter.
Jede Nacht crasht mein logrotate mit folgender meldung in der /var/log/messages:

just dann verweigert der Apache seine Arbeit und stürzt auch ab.
Will ich ihn neu starten, bekomme ich von Ihm eine Fehlermeldung, dass er sich nicht auf den Port 443 binden kann, da dieser schon in Benutzung sei und er die Logs nicht öffnen könne.
Selbst wenn ich as Apache Log dir leere kann wirft er beide Fehlermeldungen.
Hat jemand eine Idee?
