teilweise kommt diese Fehlermeldung zurück, wenn jemand an mich ein Mail senden will:

Hat jemand 'ne Ahnung, was die Fehlermeldung zu bedeuten hat, was hier schief laufen könnte?

Wenn du uns jetzt noch freundlicherweise verrätst, wie dein MTA-Setup aussieht, besteht vielleicht sogar noch ne reelle Chance, dass dir jemand helfen kann... *kopfschüttel*

Dein content_filter in Postfix hat wohl ein temporäres Problem. Wenn es sich um SA handelt, könnte die Max-Child Zahl erreicht sein. Möglicherweise ist aber auch der Dämon-Prozess des content_filter abgestorben oder anderweitig nicht verfügbar.
