Problem SATA Festplatte

Ich habe heute 2 Mails bekommen:

So wie ich das verstehe, konnten 2 Sektoren nicht mehr gelesen werden. Die Frage ist nun, ist dies als kritisch einzuschätzen bzw. müsste gehandelt werden (Festplattentausch)? Werden nicht normalerweise diese Sektoren als Bad-Blocks markiert bzw. Ersatzsektoren genutzt?

Ein smartctl -A /dev/sda bringt folgende Werte:
