Rootserver RAID- / Bootproblem, 1&1 *Update*

Hallo zusammen,

habe ein grösseres Problem mit meinem Rootie - er ist momentan nicht erreichbar aufgrund eines RAID/Boot-Problems,
nach diversen Tests komme ich gerade einfach nicht weiter :-(

Daten:
1&1 RootServer L64, Suse10.3, Plesk 8.6.0

Problem:
Gestern nachmittag ab ca. 15:15 war der Server nicht mehr via www,pop/imap, ping erreichbar, ich habe die üblichen Verdächtigen in den Logfiles angeschaut, aber keinen entscheidenden Hinweis erhalten (Zugriff per Sercon-Konsole war möglich).

Ich habe kontrolliert dass alle Nutzer-Daten OK sind, dann mit shutdown -rn now einen Neustart versucht.

Beim Neustart wird nicht richtig gemountet, musste dann ins Rescue.

Im Rescue dann

Woran genau liegt das? Ideen? Tipps?
Liegt ein HW-Defekt vor?
Das Raid scheint ja nicht zu funktionieren bzw. beim Booten kann es nicht
verwendet werden und deshalb bricht das System dann ab, oder?
Ich sehe auch dass die beiden Inhalte von sda1 und sda2 unterschiedlich sind.
Ich habe die Threads bezüglich "lilo" gelesen, hatte aber damit leider keinen Erfolg.
Auch bereits fsck bzw. fsck.ext3 durchgeführt und xfs_repair.
Dann noch das Problem mit dem Kernel-Update bei 1&1 gesehen, sieht hier aber wohl nicht so aus, dass das zutreffen würde.

So dann noch Lilo gestartet und dann funktioniert schonmal das Neustarten :)
Allerdings sind jetzt noch einige Fehlermeldungen vorhanden, wäre schön wenn Ihr mir da kurz weiterhelfen könntet:
