Hast du mal in den Release Notes nachgesehen, ob das vllt. ein Bug ist, der zwischen MySQL 5.0.50spa1 und MySQL 5.0.52 gefixed wurde? Hört sich danach an, wenn es mit 2 mysqld Versionen geht, mit einer dritten aber nicht.
