Kann man die ganz normalen SuSE 8.1 Update-RPMs nehmen oder ist dann beim Apache das mod_frontpage weg?

kommt drauf an welche du meinst.... ich denke mal, wenn es original suse-rpms sind, dann sollte das kein problem darstellen... aber genaues weiß ich auch nicht, sorry!

Ja, ich meine die originalen von SuSE. Ich blick da nämlich noch nicht so ganz durch: mod_frontpage muss man ja einkompilieren, aber anscheinend war das mod_frontpage durch die SuSE-Installation schon drauf. Gut wäre also, wenn mir jemand sagen kann, ob in die SuSE Apache-RPMs das mod_frontpage schon einkompiliert ist.

suse hat sogar nen eigenes rpm für mod_frontpage, sozusagen ein offizielles... also sollte das wohl keine probleme darstellen
