Nach dem Update auf Plesk 8 ist noch ein weiterer Fehler bei mir aufgetaucht, mal sehen wie ich den in den Griff bekomme. Wer hat noch dieses Problem und hat es vieleicht schon behoben, und wenn ja wie.

Beim hinzugügen einer neuen Adresse ins Adressbuch erscheint folgender Fehler:

Ich hab die selbe Fehlermeldung nach dem update und hab auch schon die Anleitung befolgt mit der conf.php aber ohne Ergebnis.
Hat vieleicht einer noch ne Idee?
Aber bei mir kommt die Fehlermeldung sofort wenn ich Webmail aufrufe, da kommt nicht mal das Loginfenster.

das forum von sw kann man in der pfeife rauchen.
ich hab einfach die accounts in nen anderen server migriert und diesen neu installiert und dann wieder alles zurück migriert.
man muss sich selber helfen denn von sw bekommt man außer dem autoresponder keine antwort. aber egal das bin ich von confixx schon gewohnt, daß bugs nicht behoben werden und mails nicht beantwortet werden.

nun hab ich aber noch nen anderes problem mit den mails.
standardmäßig weist das system alle mails an empfänger zurück die es unter dem domainnamen nicht gibt.
das problem ist nun das dieses uch bei den alias-adressen passiert.
die angelegten aliase empfangen keine mails und der versender bekommt die fehlermeldung das es die mailbox nicht gibt.
hat einer nen vorschlag was da zu machen ist?
dieses problem trat aber erst ab der version 8.0 auf und ist auf dem 2. server auch aufgetreten.

ich habe heute mein plesk aktualisiert und jetzt kann ich nicht mehr auf das webmail-interface zugreifen. bisher habe ich dies immer über:

http://webmail.domain.tld

gemacht. Inzwischen erscheint da nur noch die Meldung:

"Hier entsteht eine neue Internetpräsenz !"


Was kann ich dagegen tun?

kein thema das hatte ich auch.
legst einfach irgend eine domains an z.b. test.de oder so und löscht die dann wieder dann gehts :-)
vermutlich sind die zoneneinträge nach dem update weg und durch das anlegen der domain werden die komplett neu geschrieben.

Einfach folgendes in der Shell ausführen:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng -a

Danach sollte alles wieder funktionieren!
