Hohe Bandbreitennutzung In Traffic

Ich habe ein Problem mit einem meiner Server.
Seit 2 Wochen produziert dieser kurzweilig Bandbreiten auslastung von bis zu 10Mbit. Mein Serverbetreiber hat mich freundlich darauf hingewiesen das wenn das nicht aufhört sie mir den Server zu machen also habe ich mich mal auf die Suche begeben und bei einem entsprechendem Tag diese Meldung im Error Log des Apache:

Das sieht mir nicht wie eine typische Apache error Meldung aus und ich wollte ob da jemand was mit anfangen kann.
