Guten Tag
versuche gerade den qpopper über xinet zum laufen zu bekommen.
Nach dem start von xintd.d (failed) steht im Log
Nov 1 20:19:41 linux xinetd[23502]: Reading included configuration file: /etc/xinetd.d/qpopper [file=/etc/xinetd.conf] [line
=26]
Nov 1 20:19:41 linux xinetd[23502]: removing pop3
Nov 1 20:19:41 linux xinetd[23502]: 23502 {init_services} no services. Exiting...
conf
# xinetd.conf

defaults
{
log_type = FILE /var/log/xinetd.log
log_on_success = HOST EXIT DURATION
log_on_failure = HOST ATTEMPT
# only_from = localhost
instances = 30
cps = 50 10
#
# The specification of an interface is interesting, if we are on a firewall.
# For example, if you only want to provide services from an internal
# network interface, you may specify your internal interfaces IP-Address.
#
# interface = 127.0.0.1
}
includedir /etc/xinetd.d
So läuft das bei mir auf anderen Servern auch, nur bei dem nicht.
Wieso schreibt er "kein Service" er hat doch qpopper gefunden im includedir...
Grüsse
Thomas
