Hallo,

wie kombiniere ich das Splitten/Cyclen der Apache Logfiles mit Confixx 2.x? Ich hatte jetzt leider eine 2 GB große Logdatei und damit kam Webalizer nicht mehr klar.

Update:

Normalerweise müsste das Confixx Script rotate.pl das Rotieren übernehmen, aber das liefert nur die Fehlermeldung gzip: "" not found!

Ich kenne den Webalizer nicht, aber was spricht denn gegen logrotate?

gzip: "" not found!

logrotate wird auch nicht laufen, da es auch die files gzipet...

installiere dir einfach gzip, dann sollte alles klappen.

confixx-main.conf:

# location of gzip binary
$bin_gzip = '/usr/bin/gzip';

.

Dann kann Confixx auch mit gzip umgehen.
