Eggdrop make install fehler

make install
./eggdrop: error while loading shared libraries: libtcl8.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
make: *** [install-start] Fehler 127
Was hat das zu bedeuten?

Steht doch alles da! Wörterbuch verlegt?
"Kann die Library libtcl8.4.so nicht laden, Datei nicht vorhanden."
tcl installieren und nochmal versuchen

In der korrekten Version?
Sucht Dein Eggdrop vielleicht am falschen Ort danach?
Wo geneu liegt die libtcl8.4.so?

unter /tcl/lib ist die datei
Ich hab den fehler gefunden und konnte es normal starten aber ich bringe den bot nicht ins network
STARTING BOT IN USERFILE CREATION MODE.
Telnet to the bot and enter 'NEW' as your nickname.
OR go to IRC and type: /msg ChanBot hello
This will make the bot recognize you as the master.
[12:37] === ChanBot: 0 channels, 0 users.
I detect ChanBot already running from this directory.
If this is incorrect, erase the 'pid.ChanBot'
