Hallo,
ich habe auf unserem Server die GD 2 installiert.
Nun habe ich das Problem dass eine alte Seite beim erstellen
von Thumbnails die Bilder komisch anzeigt. Vorher hat die Seite
sauber funktioniert. Was kann ich machen um die alte und die
neue GD gleichzeitig laufen zu lassen.

Ohne genauen Fehlerbeschreibungen kann man dir nicht helfen. Warum nimmst nicht PHP 4.3.8, dort ist GD2 gleich mit gebundlet.

Bei PHP 4.3.8 ist in der gebundelten GD noch kein GIF Support mit drinnen. Vielleicht geht es darum?

Hi ,
hab die GD schon lange nciht mehr benutzt, aber könnnte es sein, daß im script "imagecreate" steht statt "imagecreatetruecolor"?

Im Regelfall, wenn das Bild begonnen wird ... eventuell betrifft das auch andere Funktionen, hab in der PHP-Doku folgendes gefunden:

GD UPGRADE PROBLEM:
I used imagecreate with gd 1.6 to make resized images of big photos. Then, when using the same script on gd 2.0, the colors got all wrong.
Using imagecreatetruecolor() fixed the problem!
