Hallo Zusammen,
hatte von euch schon mal jemand dieses Problem mit Confixx 2.0!
Im Postfach befinden sich über 400 Mails, (Benutzer lässt seine Mails 10 Tage auf dem Server) Postfach ist mit nur 5MB von möglichen 15MB auch nicht überfüllt, trotzdem werden keine Mails mehr zugestellt. Die Mailsversender bekommen immer nur einen Mailer-Daemon zurück.

System ist: Suse 8.1, Confixx 2.0

Na dann wäre es ja eine Idee mal einen Auszug zu posten, damit wir mal schauen können 8O

Ich kann da keinen Hinweis auf das Problem finden!
Ausser das hier vielleicht:

cannot access mailbox /var/mail/web5p1 for user web5p1. error writing message: File too large)

Postfach hatte zum Zeitpunkt aber noch min 10MB Speicher frei!

Für eure Hilfe bedanke ich mich schon mal im Vorraus!

Woran siehst du das ?? Es waren zum Zeitpunkt nur 5MB der Mailbox genutzt. Mailbox steht aber auf 12MB!

Ich nochmal ;-))
Ich hatte im Adminbereich die Postfachgrösse vor einiger Zeit auf 12 MB erhöht und dabei "auch für bestehende Accounts übernehmen" gewählt.

Kann das sein das Confixx meine Ã?nderung völlig ignoriert hat.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das manuell zu kontrollieren. Per Shell oder in der DB.

hm das wundert mich, eigentlich sollten dort auch alle webXpX User aufgelistet sein - inkl. verbrauchte und erlaubte Speicherplatznutzung.

Tut mir leid das des nix genützt hat, KA wie du nun an diese Info rankommst - sorry :oops:

Der zeigt den web5-User nicht an!

Hm strange - ich würd einfach mal sagen dass hier die Quota gar nicht richtig konfiguriert ist... deshalb wird auch das Limit, das du in Confixx gesetzt hast ignoriert -> Welcher MTA ist denn bei dir installiert? Vielleicht ist dort ein Limit gesetzt. Bei Postfix versuch mal folgendes:
KA ob wir so weiterkommen, vielleicht bin ich auch total auf dem falschen Weg - versuch's einfach mal :twisted:

Sieht eigentlich auch OK aus - Limit ist auf 50 MByte... Ich seh den Fehler nicht. Tut mir leid - bin ratlos :(

war das richtig wie du es geschrieben hast: du -m /var/mail/web5p1

Das zeigte mir einen Wert "2". Ist das MB??
Im Postfach befinden sich ca. 200 Mails.
Da er keine Mails mehr bekam, sind die 400 Mails natürlich nicht mehr drin. Und die Mails belegen jetzt weniger.

Kanns sein, dass das IMAP ist und der noch gelöschte Mails drin hat, die er nicht anzeigt aber im Endeffekt beim Quota mitrechnet?

leider gibt es noch keine Lösung für mein Problem ;-(

Hi @GameCrash
der User hat trotz mehrmaliges hinweisen seine Mails immer 20 Tage aufm Server gelassen. Lag es vielleicht daran? IMAP wird nicht eingesetz.
