pop3d Problem nach Update

hallo,
nach meinem yast2 autoupdate suse 7.3 bekomme ich das smtp auth nicht mehr hin. ich kann mich einfach nicht mehr einloggen z.b mit outlook express, sondern bekomme nur noch fehler:
May 18 11:18:25 p151xxxxx pop3d[24824]: accepted connection
May 18 11:18:25 p151xxxxx pop3d[24824]: login: pD9EBEE7E.dip.t-dialin.net[217.235.xxx.xxx] web1p1 plaintext
May 18 11:18:28 p151xxxxx master[23815]: process 24824 exited, status 0
hatte schonmal komplett sendmail-tls.rpm und cyrus-sasl.rpm neu eingespielt lt.
