Hi
ich habe mal meine Fehler zusammengestellt, die ich beim Starten von Proftpd bekomme:

1:
linux.local - Check the ServerType directive
to ensure you are configured correctly.


2:
linux.local - Failed binding to 0.0.0.0, por
t 21: Address already in use


Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen? :idea:

Und du hast wirklich die Boardsuche und google bemüht? Sicher?

Du startest deinen Server auf zwei verschiedene Arten, einmal standalone und einmal per inetd.

Was von beidem willst du, was davon steht in der proftpd.conf und was hast du bisher gemacht?

in der proftpd.conf steht der Standalone

was muss da hin, wenn ich ihn per inetd starten will?

wie wär's mit inetd :P
